At ASAMO Cosmetics, we’re delighted to offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. If your country is eligible for delivery, it will be listed as a selectable option during the checkout process.

Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, no matter which shipping method you choose at checkout. Our shipping operations run Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Orders may take up to 2 business days to process. For instance, if you place an order on Monday, it should be shipped out by Tuesday or Wednesday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be activated after you get the shipping confirmation.

Delivery Time

Please be aware that all delivery times are estimated only—your order may arrive earlier or later than the projected timeframe. Delays may occur due to severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues.
